Dance Event by Ex-participants

This is an upcoming event organised by a group of participants from our MOE Asean Leadership Camp in May this year.

Trybe

Objective of Asean Dance :
1. To promote social cohesion among all of the scholars and the local Singaporeans.
2. To induce diverse and distinct culture of the scholars nation to the multi-racial community of Singapore.
3. As a platform for the scholars to distress themselves.

Theme: Cirque du parade (circus parade in French)
Date : August 29th, 2009
Time : 6.30 p.m. - 10.30 p.m.
Venue : Orchard Hotel

Expected Participants : 100-150 sec 3 ASEAN scholars & 50-100 sec 4 ASEAN scholars
100-150 others: Singaporeans, school-based scholars, JC scholars

Price of tickets:
- $25/person for others: school-based scholars, locals, etc.
- $30/person for sec3 ASEAN scholars
(Note:all the money from the tickets will be used to pay for hotel costs and the excess sum will be used to organise the orientation for the new batch of scholars)

Honourable Guests:
- Jeremy Teng from Campus Super Star(aired on channel 5)

Activities to do there:
- Dance!!!
- Watch performances by scholars and local singers
- Special "play" by the organisers(ASEAN committee members)
- Enjoy the booths
- See what Trybe taught us!!!!
