Have you ever made a mistake so bad you cant believe YOU made it?
Like it's SO out of character. YOUR character.
Well recently, that happened to me.
You see, I have always taken pride in the fact that I am a person with alot of common sense.

So what did i take away from this incident?
(1) To show grace.
(2) To not judge a person quickly. (even if we are talking about work, and what is "common sense") So much for sizing up people - interviews are farces - they should be called oral exams. Ha ha ha..
(3) Give people time to develop. What is common sense to me is because I had the chance to see it before, in some way or other - others may not have. Give them time to see it.
