Roti Prata & Fish Curry @ Trybe
Everyone had a great time today learnt how to cook new dishes and enjoyed the great food that we prepared and thankfully it turn out well and no one got sick.
I will surely try it at home to cook the very delicious Fish Curry.
HEALTHY FISH CURRY
Method:
1. Pour oil into pot
2. When it's hot, add in the funegreek
3. Add in the chopped onion, garlic and ginger, stir fry
4. Cook for 1 minute; add in brinjal, fry until brinjal turns golden brown.
5. Add curry powder with water, and fry for 1 minute, cover pot.
6. Add in Assam bring to boil, add fish.
7. Boil again for 5 minutes, add in cut tomato, ladies finger and sliced coriander leaf, cover pot.
8. Ready to serve with rice or bread.
