Staff Planning Session

We had our 2007 mid-year staff planning and retreat session last week.

Some might think that we don’t really do work, because we appear to be laughing and having fun all the time – in the office, at camps or in workshops. I must state, on behalf of all my Trybe colleagues, that we are actually very serious people when it comes down to making sure that we deliver the best quality camps, workshops and programmes for the students entrusted to us.

We are a balanced team – we work hard and we play hard too.(because we were working on secret documents, we cannot post the pictures of us in the planning session)

We believe in giving our best in all that we do.

We believe in looking good at what we do.

We believe in honouring our heroes (in this case heroine).

Winning is not everything.
