My reflection after Woodgrove SS Leadership Camp

Being the first time involved in a leadership camp as a facilitator had been an eye-opener for me. Through this camp, it has allowed me to interact with different people of different personalities. This camp had taught me how to communicate with people and bridge people together effectively.

Seeing friendships built among themselves and spurring each other to do their best really was heartwarming as they started out as strangers for some. Some took quite awhile to open up but nevertheless, they still worked as a team. Having everyone being so enthusiastic participating in the programmes, i sincerely believed that everyone of them took skills that they learnt to further develop themselves to become true leaders. Each of them were created for GREATNESS. Thank you TRYBE for this precious opportunity! (:
