Needed Volunteers - Podz Youth Mentoring Programme

Podz is a community project for youths completing their
rehabilitation programme with MCYS. A mentor is introduced to
them to guide them in their transition back to the community.
Each mentoring relationship will be unique. To meet the needs of
each youths and mentors are specially matched with youths so their
life experiences and backgrounds can benefit the youths they
are reaching out to.

THE youths are teenage boys completing their rehabilitation programme with MCYS. They are aged between fifteen and eighteen years old. The mentoring journey will most probably begin in September 2009-2010.

What are the Mentors requirements?
- Preferably above 21 years old
- Mature and responsible
- Individuals who enjoys interacting with youth people
- Committed to mentoring youths for the duration of the
programme (1 year).
